THE CONSTITUTION UNDER ATTACK

The Mission of the Republican Party Should first and foremost be to preserve and protect the Constitutions of the United States and of the State of California. After all this is where we got our label "Conservative" from .

However, there are four instances where blatant infringements have occurred and which must be addressed and resolved. These are:

1. Measure "R" The duel purpose initiative re; Ethics (hidden agenda is a 3rd term)
2. The Mayoral Takeover of the LAUSD Article one - 12/22/06 Article two - 12/18/06
3. The Removal of the Cross from the L. A. County Seal "Save The Seal" campaign
4. The Ratification of the "Declaration of Los Angeles"
5. Illegal Traffic Penalty Assessment Violates the 8th Amendment
